Mutesasira Robert, 25 years old, is the Youth Chairperson of Lufula Zone, Bwaise II in Kawempe Division, Kampala, Uganda. Robert was one of the 30 Active Citizens that AFFCAD trained in March 2020 on the Active Citizens Delivery Approach.
